Processing Time
All Orba™ orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. During peak seasons, promotional events, or product launches, processing times may extend to 5 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and a second notification when your order has shipped and is on its way.
Please note: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on business days may not begin processing until the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Orba™ offers several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and your delivery destination.
Available Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
- Express/Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days
- Economy Shipping: 8–15 business days (select regions only)
Orba™ may offer free standard shipping on orders that meet a minimum purchase threshold. Any active free shipping promotions will be displayed on our website and applied automatically at checkout.
Domestic Shipping
Orba™ ships to all 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Domestic shipping rates and estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS Ground): $4.99 – Delivery in 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping (UPS 2-Day/FedEx 2Day): $12.99 – Delivery in 2–4 business days
- Express/Overnight Shipping (UPS Next Day Air/FedEx Overnight): $24.99 – Delivery in 1–2 business days
Delivery times are estimated from the date of shipment, not the date the order is placed. Shipments to U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses may require additional transit time.
Orba™ is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping
Orba™ is proud to ship internationally to select countries worldwide. International shipping availability, rates, and delivery estimates vary by destination.
International Shipping Rates
- Standard International Shipping: Starting at $14.99 – Delivery in 10–21 business days
- Expedited International Shipping: Starting at $29.99 – Delivery in 5–10 business days
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the Orba™ product price or shipping cost. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about potential charges before placing your order.
Orba™ is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing in your country. Refused shipments due to unpaid customs duties will not be refunded for shipping costs, and the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.
International Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be restricted from shipping to specific countries due to local regulations. If an item in your order cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for the restricted item(s).
Order Tracking
Once your Orba™ order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. You can also track your order by:
- Logging into your Orba™ account at getorba.com
- Navigating to My Orders
- Selecting the order you wish to track
- Clicking the tracking number or Track Order button
Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system. If your tracking information has not updated after 48 hours, please contact our support team for assistance.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Orba™ takes great care in packaging and shipping every order. However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise during transit.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps:
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation email
- Check with household members, neighbors, or your building's front desk/mailroom
- Look around your delivery area for the package, including back porches, garages, and side doors
- Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number to file an inquiry
- If the package still cannot be located, contact Orba™ support within 15 days of the estimated delivery date
If your tracking information indicates that your package has not been delivered and it has been more than 7 business days past the estimated delivery date, please reach out to us at support@getorba.com so we can investigate and work toward a resolution.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged packaging and product. Orba™ will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Stolen Packages
Orba™ is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but are subsequently stolen. We strongly recommend using a secure delivery location or requiring a signature upon delivery for high-value orders. If you believe your package was stolen, we encourage you to file a police report and contact the carrier to initiate a claim.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete, accurate, and current. Orba™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you realize your shipping address is incorrect after placing your order, please contact us at support@getorba.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered the fulfillment process.
If a package is returned to Orba™ due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship the order. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address and cannot be recovered, Orba™ may not be able to issue a refund or replacement.
We strongly recommend double-checking your shipping address, including apartment or unit numbers, before completing your purchase.
